We purchased this spacious and large 3 bedroom detached bungalow sat in a quarter of an acre of land off market in April 2021.

The intention was to complete a full scheme of refurbishment, however the sales market really took off at this time.

Having purchased at a good price we decided to flip this straight onto the market to realise our capital and profit back quicker to move onto the next project.

We had a sale agreed to a cash buyer within 2 weeks and eventually completed on the sale in July 2021.
