Gregory is a highly organised, structured and proactive individual with 16 years of experience in the civil aviation sector. A change-oriented and results driven mind-set has helped deliver projects aimed at improving product quality whilst operating within a highly complex and fast paced environment.
A strategic and creative thinker with problem solving skills and the ability to translate objectives into results. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills have been critical to the role meaning he is confident to work autonomously or as part of a team with particular strengths in leadership and project execution.
Further professional development in leadership and management has led to PRINCE2 Foundation accreditation, NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management and a First Class Honours in Business Management (BSc).
A huge passion for property led to Gregory taking voluntary redundancy from his career in civil aviation in December 2020 to pursue his dreams fulltime. His property education is through Prosperity Network, founded and managed by a highly successful property and business entrepreneur Danny Inman with further 1-2-1 mentoring and coaching from Michael Almond.
